Do I need a juicer?
Yes. This program does require you to have a juicer or juice press bag. We recommend Nama cold-press juicer, but any juicer will work.
Can I eat anything during the juice cleanse?
If you feel like you need to eat something during the detox, we have a list of optional extras including creamy dairy-free nut milks or raw food options in case you need to pause mid-cleanse.
Can I still work during the Juice Fast Detox?
Yes. While we recommend getting as much rest as possible, continuing with your current work schedule is fine.
Can I still exercise?
Yes. Gentle stretching, yoga, and walking are encouraged to aid the detoxification process.
Can I do the detox in my own time?
Yes, absolutely! We recommend blocking out one week where you can fully commit to the program to feel its true benefits. Try to pick a time when you don't have a lot of social engagements.
Do I need to juice every day?
No. If you don't have a lot of time in the morning, we suggest juicing the night before to stock up for the next day or two.
