Therefore, our order and return policies reflect the nature of immediate access to digital content.

All Sales Are Final After Access

Once you access any part of the program — including logging into your e-learning account, viewing course content, or joining a community group — your purchase becomes non-refundable.

This includes:

-Logging into your account

-Accessing videos or course materials

-Joining the WhatsApp or Circle community

-Viewing even intro lessons

-Downloading any certificates or resources

Refunds (Before Access Only)

You may be eligible for a full refund only if all of the following conditions are met:

-You have not accessed any program content

-You have not logged into the platform

-You have not joined the community platforms

-You request the refund within 7 days of purchase

Technical issues:

If we can’t resolve a platform access problem within 48 hours, a full refund may be issued.

Billing errors:

Immediate refunds are given for duplicate charges or unauthorized payments.

We aim to respond within 3 business days.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

-By purchasing, you confirm that you meet all health eligibility requirements and waive your statutory cooling-off rights for digital services under UK/EU law.
